This Privacy Policy describes how Fire Friends, LLC, dba Frontline or Frontline Wildfire Defense and its subsidiaries (collectively “Frontline,” “we” or “us”) collect, use, disclose, transfer, store, retain or otherwise process your information when you apply or sign up for our products and services or apply for employment through our websites (, the “Website”). 

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By accessing or using our Website, and continuing to use our products or services, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree with this policy, you should choose not to use Frontline’s Website.

Be advised that we never intend to collect personal information from children under 13 years of age. If we learn or are notified that we have collected this information from a child under the age of 13, we will promptly remove the information from our system.

Our Privacy Policy does not apply to services offered by other companies or individuals, including products or sites that may be displayed to you, or other sites linked from our Services. Our Privacy Policy does not cover the information practices of other companies and organizations who advertise our Services, and who may use cookies, pixel tags and other technologies to serve and offer relevant ads.

By calling Frontline telephone numbers, you consent to having the telephone call monitored and recorded. 


We contract with third parties to place advertisements for our products and services and employment opportunities on websites that are not our own. We place these ads where we think they are likely to be most relevant. These advertisements on third-party websites allow us to track responses to our ads. We and our affiliates use this information to track the performance of our advertising and marketing campaigns by using tools like cookies, web beacons and similar technologies. We use these tools to collect and store information about your visits, page visits and duration, and the specific ad or link that the user clicked on to visit the site.

We take the privacy and security of your personal information seriously. We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to reasonably protect your information’s security, confidentiality, and integrity.

Whenever we save your personal information, it is stored on servers and in facilities that only selected Frontline personnel and our contractors with a business “need to know” may access.


We keep your information as long as reasonably necessary to provide you the products or services you have requested or as long as reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law.

You may opt out of receiving promotional messages from Frontline by following the instructions in those messages or by informing the call that you would not like to receive future promotional calls. If you decide to opt-out, we may still send you non-promotional communications, such as messages about the maintenance of your product or service.  

You may opt out of cookies and automated technologies and third-party web analytics services as described above.

Frontline does not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals. However, some third-party sites do keep track of your browsing activities when they serve you content, which enables them to tailor what they present to you. If you are visiting such sites, your browser may include controls to block and delete cookies, web beacons and similar technologies, to allow you to opt out of data collection through those technologies.

California residents are entitled to contact us to request information about whether we have disclosed personal information to third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes.  Frontline does not disclose personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We will provide you with reasonable prior notice of material changes in how we use your information.
