Troubleshooting Guide – Offline System

If you’ve received an Offline System notification or see an Offline status within the Frontline app, follow the steps below to bring your system back online. 

Step 1: Locate Controller

  • Find the Frontline controller box.

Step 2: Check LEDs

  • Are Ready 🟢 and Online 🟢 lights illuminated?
    • If Yes, your system is online and operational.
    • If No, continue to next step.

Step 3: Power Cycle

  • Unplug controller → wait 10 sec → plug back in.

Step 4: App Check & Reboot

  • Open Frontline app and check status – If Ready 🟢 / Online 🟢, your system is online and operational.
  • If not Ready 🟢 and Online 🔴 or flashing, press & hold Reboot (10 sec).
  • Recheck status in app – If still offline, contact Support.
