Technology is changing what’s possible in wildfire protection. Now the challenge is helping people reimagine what’s possible and that’s where Todd comes in.

As Frontline’s Creative Director, Todd Bischoff is helping bring our brand and mission to life. From shaping our visual identity to telling our story through creative campaigns, he’s helping create a stronger, more unified expression of who Frontline is and why our mission matters. He brings more than 15 years of experience building brands including Smartwool, Gerber Gear, and ROKA Performance Eyewear. Today, he’s bringing that same creative expertise to a mission where the stakes are much higher: helping protect homes, families, and communities from wildfire.

In 2020, his family came within minutes of evacuating during one of Colorado’s most devastating wildfire seasons. “I’ll never forget it,” he says. “Since then, wildfires have been top of mind.” So when the opportunity to join Frontline came along, he saw a chance to use his creative background to help solve a problem he already understood firsthand.

When asked what excites him most about Frontline, Todd points to the opportunity to help reshape how people think about wildfire protection. “When you’re passionate about something, you tend to give it everything you’ve got,” Todd says. “At Frontline, we are all in! We have a solid team and have fun doing what we love.”

Outside of work, Todd’s adventurous spirit has taken him around the world photographing expeditions and outdoor brands. He’s been charged by a brown bear in Alaska, stood alongside an alligator in a Florida swamp, chased tarpon and bonefish in Belize, and hunted elk through Montana’s backcountry with llamas. That same curiosity, creativity, and willingness to embrace the unknown is coming through his work at Frontline every day.
